The Tour de Lounge is split into three separate competitions to cater for all abilities. All three comps run in tandem with the Tour de France (01 -23 July).

250km - Sprinters Cup

Don't worry this isn't a speed test!

If you're short on time or worried about fitness we'd still love to have you as part of the tour so this comp is for you. In the Sprinters Cup you can afford recovery days during which you can focus your efforts on fundraising and smashing to the top of the Fundraising Superstars Leaderboard!

500km - Rouleur’s Dream

One for the all-rounders.

If you're apprehensive about having 3 weeks of your life engrossed by blood sweat and gears then this could be the comp for you. A solid distance, but not quite the immersive experience of the full tour.

1,000km - Tour de Lounge

Purists sign here.

This is the real deal - 1,000km over three weeks takes some commitment and a begrudging acceptance of the side-effects caused by a life in the saddle. By the end of week 3 you will know what perineum means.

However as a member of the full TdL peloton you can walk tall, eat junk food and shirk household chores all in the name of devotion.
